These Terms of Use concern shellsuber.com, the website of Shell Suber Photography LLC (SSP, we, us, or our). Please review them before using the website. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue using the website.
About the website
This website provides information about SSP’s photography services, examples of our work, and ways to inquire about or arrange services. Viewing the website or submitting an inquiry does not by itself confirm a booking.
Photography services and orders
The scope, price, scheduling, payment arrangements, deliverables, and other conditions for photography services or orders are established through your arrangements with SSP. Any separate agreement accepted by you and SSP controls the subjects it covers if it conflicts with these website terms.
Cancellation, rescheduling, deposits, and refunds depend on the arrangements applicable to your particular booking or order and any rights provided by law. Contact us if you have questions about those arrangements.
Website prices, descriptions, and availability may change. Please confirm the details of your booking or order with us. Changes to the website do not by themselves change an existing agreed booking.
Photographs and other website content
Photographs, text, logos, and other protected material on the website belong to SSP or the respective rights holders. You may view public pages and share links to them. Unless authorized by the rights holder or permitted by law, you may not copy, republish, sell, distribute, or use protected website content in advertising or other materials.
Website photographs are not offered as stock images or licensed for reuse simply because they can be viewed or downloaded. Rights to use photographs delivered through a client project depend on the permission or license provided for that project. These website terms do not revoke an existing client license or grant additional rights to photographs.
Appropriate use
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to restricted systems or another person’s gallery, interfere with website operation, introduce malicious software, or submit fraudulent information.
Client galleries
Client galleries may be hosted by Picdrop or another delivery provider. Having access to a gallery does not automatically grant permission to republish its photographs or use them commercially. Any use must remain within the applicable project permission or license.
Our current Picdrop galleries are accessible to anyone with the link. Consider who will be able to view the photographs before forwarding a gallery link. Contact SSP if you have concerns about gallery access.
Privacy and communications

Submitting an inquiry allows us to respond about it. It does not grant unrestricted rights over your personal information or permission to use your likeness in advertising. See the Privacy Policy for promotional communication choices.

The website may link to or embed third-party services for inquiries, booking, payments, galleries, or social media. These providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. SSP does not control their websites or guarantee uninterrupted availability of their services.

We may update these terms and post the current version with its updated date. Changes do not retroactively alter a separately agreed booking or order. We will provide any additional notice or obtain agreement required by applicable law.
